By accessing and using RizqTek's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

• Website development and design
• AI chatbot implementation and customization
• Business automation solutions
• Lead generation system setup
• Local SEO optimization
• Hosting and domain services
• Technical support and maintenance

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is required before project commencement
• We accept bank transfers and digital payment methods
• Additional services will be quoted separately

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our core services. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of completed websites within 48 hours from project approval, excluding weekends and holidays.

Project Phases

• Initial consultation and requirements gathering

Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content and materials
• Review and approve designs within agreed timelines
• Respond to queries within 24 hours
• Provide access to necessary accounts and systems

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, images, logos, and materials provided to us for the project.

RizqTek Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the website, design files, and all deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

Third-Party Assets

We are not responsible for licensing issues with third-party assets (images, fonts, plugins) provided by the client.

• 3 months of free technical support
• Bug fixes and minor updates
• Email and WhatsApp support
• Performance monitoring

Additional Services

Maintenance packages and additional features are available at extra cost.

tryrizqtek.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Third-party claims
• Force majeure events

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, client data, and business secrets disclosed during the project.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client receives all completed work
• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Both parties return confidential materials

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through Indian courts in the appropriate jurisdiction.
